At 21 years of age, Jake Fouracre is one of Australian motor sport’s shining young talents. Having made his mark in karting and single-seaters, his sights are firmly focused on succeeding at becoming a professional driver.
In his short career Jake has established a reputation as a leading competitor in every category of motor sport in which he’s competed. Having already proven himself as a stand-out in karting, Jake’s car racing debut saw him finish 2nd in the 2010 Victorian Formula Vee Championship, only narrowly missing out on the title and winning the ‘Rookie of the Year Award’.
With a year of car racing experience behind him, 2011 saw Jake step up to the Formula Ford category. Competing in the highly competitive Victorian Championship as a privateer. By the end of the season Jake had enough points to be named the Victorian Formula Ford champion.
In 2012 Jake was selected as a CAMS Rising star and has competed at the opening round of the Australian Formula Ford championship supporting the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix, finishing 5th on debut in the national championship.
In addition to his on-track accomplishments, Jake is a key member of the advanced driver training team at the Mercedes-Benz & AMG Driving Academies, where he shares his skill and knowledge behind the wheel with Mercedes-Benz valued clients.
