2011 Victorian Formula Ford Champion Jake Fouracre will make the transition to wings and slicks when he makes his debut in the Formula 3 Australian Drivers Championship at Phillip Island next weekend.

Jake Fouracre has been officially named as the 2011 Victorian Formula Ford Champion following a weekend of treacherous  conditions that also saw Jake claim his first ever race win at the final round of the State Championship at Phillip Island.

Melbourne teenager Jake Fouracre has swarmed to the lead of the Victorian Formula Ford Championship after some luck went his way, and completed the latest round at Winton in 2^nd.

After managing to avoid the continuous outbreak of chaos at Sandown International Raceway, Jake Fouracre has walked away with a podium result from Round 2 of the Victorian Formula Ford Championship, after striking very minimal ‘quick’ laps across the weekend, an issue faced by all competitors.
